Wait for Class Confirmation
Once we receive your form, we contact each vendor to confirm space in the classes you selected.
Please do not pay any vendor until your enrollment is officially confirmed.

Receive Your Confirmation Email
You’ll receive a confirmation message from us once your student has been placed in
their classes. This email will include:
-Your student’s finalized schedule
-Vendor contact information
-Payment instructions

Pay Your Vendors Directly
After confirmation, families pay each vendor individually.
Most of our vendors accept charter school funds and or private pay, but each vendor may work with different charters.
We encourage families to:
-Check with the vendor directly about which charters they accept
-Request POs only after your class placement is confirmed
-Please only enroll for one class per hour

Attend Weekly Enrichment Days
Once payment is arranged, your student is all set! We meet once a week in Riverside for hands‑on learning, community, and fun.
A Note About Charter Funds
While many of our vendors accept charter school payments, policies vary by class and by vendor.
To avoid delays or cancellations:
Always verify charter acceptance with the vendor
Submit POs promptly after receiving your confirmation
Keep communication open with both your charter and your vendor

Class Changing/Cancellation Policy
-Drops can only be done through LLE
Staff
-Once courses are confirmed there will be a $25 dollar fee to change courses after August 3rd.
-Refunds cannot be made once classes are confirmed and paid for.
